Radbaji Terms & Conditions — Please read before using our services

Radbaji is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. The platform is open to residents of Bangladesh and other approved countries.

By using radbaji's services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is legally permitted in the country from which you are accessing this service.
• You are using the service for your own personal entertainment.
• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account on radbaji, you must provide accurate and complete information. radbaji reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false information at any time.

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

For security purposes, radbaji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require you to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

• Keep your account password private — never share it with anyone.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Please notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Make sure you fully understand the rules of each market before placing a bet on radbaji. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Key Betting Rules:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds Change: If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Live Bet: For live bets, network delays may result in a bet being rejected.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, radbaji reserves the right to void the bet in question. The full stake will be refunded in such cases.

Radbaji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. More payment methods will be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳50,000

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, if KYC verification is pending or an investigation is ongoing, processing may take longer.

Radbaji does not charge any commission on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Radbaji offers bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed in the respective bonus description.

General Bonus Rules:

• A wagering requirement (Wagering Requirement) must be fulfilled before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The turnover requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10–20 times the bonus amount.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• All bets placed using bonus balance must be completed within the bonus validity period.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and accounts.

Radbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• If found to be involved in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or your security has been compromised.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any illegal activity.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no breach of terms is found, that balance will be refunded.

Radbaji provides its services on an "as-is" basis. While we always strive to ensure uninterrupted service, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost due to internet disconnection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to an issue with a third-party payment provider.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical outage.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Radbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses under any circumstances. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Radbaji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or phone number.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms & Conditions are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid for legal reasons, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. International gaming law will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.
